Day 0

Hey! Throughout college, I've been constantly battling my weight. It plays around 63kg-55kg and I wanted my weight to be 50kg. I'm 5'2" in height and small in built. I know I'm not overweight for my current 56kg but for an Asian, I've too much fat.

I'm now 23 and I've decided that I need a change in my life. I know change wouldn't come easy and my determination and discipline would be put in a test. So, to make my transition easier, I've identified the reasons which made it difficult for me to lose weight.

1. Chocolates
2. Rice - a staple for asians
3. Fast foods
4. Sundae/icecreams
5. Peanuts
6. Meat/barbecue/streetfoods
7. Soda/juice/chocolate drinks
8. I'm a couch potato

With this list, I can eliminate the bad from the good or I can minimize my consumption. Let's see how it goes.

This is how my tummy looks like now. (sitting)

Aside from running or walking every morning for cardio, I've downloaded several zumba videos to help me. I love to dance and I think it'll make me feel motivated. :)

Wish me luck!
